Warranty Information
This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied. Any warranty implied by law,
including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are hereby disclaimed and
excluded from this contract. No representative or person is authorized to give any other warranty or
to assume for Benson Metals any other liability in connection with products sold by Benson Metals.
Benson Metals will not be liable for any incidental or consequential damage.
Miscellaneous:
Benson Metals is not responsible for non-delivery or delay in delivery due to delays, damages, or
losses resulting from strikes, riots, fires, floods, inability to secure materials or other accidents or
occurrences beyond our control.
Paint:
All products will be painted BENSON BLUE or as shown in the catalog with a water base acrylic
enamel, unless otherwise specified.
Shop Drawings:
All custom projects other than the Benson standard items shown in our catalog require a shop
drawing. No work can proceed on any custom items until a shop drawing has been done and signed
by the customer approving the design, sizes, dimensions, and color.
Structural Calculations:
Where structural calculations are required such as mezzanines, they will be furnished at an
additional cost to the customer. Our structural engineer will certify and sign his structural calculations
based on our design, but he does not sign the drawings. If the customer requires that the structural
engineer sign the drawing, another additional cost will be required for the structural engineer to
produce the drawings under his direction and supervision.
Responsibility:
This book and any drawings that have been made at Benson Metal’s expense for your and our use
and is the sole property of Benson Metals and shall be used only in connection with estimates and
work of Benson Metals. We assume no responsibility for errors through the use of this book or any
drawings by other parties.
